  Absolutely horrible staff. I have always had experiences of rude staff or staff who were beyond ignorant. The one time I didn't have an ignorant staff issue, I couldn't get a Shake I had attempted to order because their Shake machine was broken.
  
  UPDATED (In response to owner)- Order Number: 35 Date: 12/15/16 Time: 4:28. Please make changes with the staff/staff training, this Burger King is in a very convenient location for me. I personally will only go to fast food maybe once every three months. Even with me not being a big fast food eater I usually tend to avoid this Burger King because of my experiences. I'll be willing to stop in more often if changes are made. (Note about my visit today- There was one nice lady who gave us our food through the drive thru. We talked to two people over the speaker. One was hard to hear because they were mumbling very deeply, she then switch off to another employee. The other insisted that we didn't tell her about a coupon we told her about. Lastly the one who asked if we wanted sauce was kind

  Slowest service imaginable. Rude and absolutely incompetent staff. Never under ANY circumstances go here. Die of starvation if that's what it comes to because you'll just waste your final moments hoping you get your food. it was almost entertaining seeing how physically long it could take, it took me well over an hour to receive my order. Although my second visit didn't take quite an hour it was a solid 45 minutes so at least they're making some improvements. Burger King is great this location is abominable.
